See if they can tighten up the drivers side gap between the bumper and fender. The paint will be hard to detect online, only you can decide if it matches.

Try to get it resolved. It could effect your sale of the vehicle.

You are a lucky man!! Happily married for only 24 years but bumper cars are a way of life for her....other than that I got the gold ring!!

My wife can drive a stick and she drive my 996 a few times. However, she hasn't driven my 997 yet, by her choice.

I agree that the panel gaps need some tweaking--especially on the driver's side. It's not too bad, though--and certainly within the tolerances of 99% of other people.

I made them come to my office today, p/u the car and take it to my P independent repair guy to have the light reset. I did think it was a nice gesture for them to take 2 hrs out of their day to take the car in rather than me having to do it. I have an email to the shop owner asking if he thinks the panel gaps are acceptable. I am not sure how easy it will be to 'tweak it' once it has been put together and the paint/clear coat are on everything.
