what year did DFI and PDK come along in 997?
What model year did DFI come along in the C, C4 and S? PDK too?
Any issues with the non DFI motors?

Any issues with the 2005-2008 carrera motors?
I understand the boxter and cayman suffered issues from 2005-2008 due to oil starvation on the track which has been eliminated with the DFI engines in 2009+

2008 and below have non DFI motors. They have the potential for IMS issues. Very miniscule probability (from what I have read) with the upgraded IMS in 2006. For 2005 there is an upgrade that can be done that will reduce the probability of this happening.
