how about some cobalt blue OEM gt3 wheels? obviously my car is white but I think it would look nice on silver also. for sale/trade btw!

Here is what i did on mine Matte black vinyl roof,Plasti dipped stone guards,side mirrors and gt3 smile vent.Car has avant garde 19 inch ruger mesh of course in black with Eibach springs.

It looks great. you got big cahoonas to chop up the front bumper for the grill, but it is another excellent accent.

i have a slate grey 997.1 cab ... adding colored wheel crests gives a nice bit of subtle color.

going in the other direction, the clear side indicator lights are a really nice, easy mod.

Plasti-dipped stone guards--that's brilliant! I've been considering changing to black but didn't want to make the commitment. Now I can plasti-dip them and if I don't like it, just peel it off.

My hat is off to you, sir.

Go gently - start with just the wheels and then evaluate. Wheels alone will make a huge visual difference.

Seriously!!! Why the hell didn't I think of that? I am very experienced with Plasti Dip and like you have considered changing them to black but did not want to make the commitment. WOW I might go do this right now no joke!

Oh man if I had a silver 997 I'd be adding either the red or orange accent color pieces to mirrors and wheels. What a difference that would make.

Google a Silver GT3...you'll get the idea.
