I find a car to possibly buy, a 09 C4S w/o XM factory installed and read it's radio unit is totally NOT able to be upgraded to it. Apparently, NAV-TV does not support the Sir-PCM3 anymore. Without XM in the radio, I'm pissed. I guess there are other ways such as installing a small tuner with the modulator through the radio. But honestly, I've done the NAV-TV upgrade with my previous 07 Cab 4 that worked great so for this to be unattainable with the 2009.02 PCM 3.0 is a bummer.
