GT Silver - I agree with you. I put this whole thing down to Porsche inexperience. Firstly - nose light and the nose wasn't actually light. The road was bad, and there is rutting due to coal truck activity. I did the stretch again today and realised: 1. The Porsche is as stable as could be considering the road conditions. 2. The tire pressures were FAR too high (when the vehicle was repaired, the ambient temp was near freezing, and it warmed up drastically before I fetched the car because I was overseas in Aus and cold spell passed before I got back). 3. I re-drove the same stretch of road, both with my 4x4 and the Carrera S since and have realised that the road is much worse than I realised. I apologise officially to my Carrera S for opening a topic called 'unstable Carrera'. The weak link was me.
