Default PPI shop recommendation Philadelphia

Hello, new to the forum, recovering Porscheholic about to get a used 2009 Carrera S cab. I am flying to Philadelphia to inspect a CPO car at Porsche of the Main Line this weekend and I would like to get a second, independent, opinion of the car prior to purchase. Are there any recommendations for a good shop near New Town that can perform a PPI?

Thanks in advance!

Al

You might try German Auto Specialists up in Plymouth Meeting. Probably 20 minutes though up the road from Newtown.

I recommend German Auto Specialists without reservation. A few months ago, Porsche of Conshohocken was trying to offload on me a used 2011 Cayenne Turbo with an unreported front-end collision. GAS spotted this right away and stopped the inspection right there. They saved me from a terrible purchase decision while minimizing the PPI cost. That is some genuine customer care.

I ended up paying a small fee as GAS stopped the inspection on time. But if I remember correctly, they indicate prices on their website.

Plus 1 for GAS I've used them for repairs on my car. Closer to Main Line is Holt's. I've not used but they have a good reputation.

I have a 2010c4s that was recently bought from a dealer as a CPO.

I am planning to have the car checked by GAS next week to have a PPI inspection (yes, a post purchase inspection here).

So, would like to know if Porsche will approve repairs via GAS under CPO warranty if an issue is found? Has anyone tried this before?

Thx
