Whether you're concerned or not is something only you can answer. But if you have an 06, I believe it's safe to say you have the "updated" IMS bearings. This would put you in the category of "far less than 1%" claim rate as stated by the class action suit info. Pre-mid-2005 bearings "spiked up to between 4% to 8%" claim rate.
So if <1% is a concern for you, then yes... you should be concerned.
I have a late '06 S and I'm only mildly concerned. It's like a fear of plane crashes; I don't lose sleep over it, but I think about it once in a while.

Per IMS lawsuit, any car built post March 2005 has the upgraded IMS, we always thought any late 2005 would be fine and it seems it's even earlier than that.
