Default Don't love the PSE tips

I've got a 997.2 c4s with the PSE exhaust. Are there different tips available and do the PSE ones come off easily? I've seen the nanocoated tips in the porsche parts/accessory catalog but its not clear if they're compatible with the PSE.

Lots of aftermarket alternatives out there, for example Fabspeed, Maxspeed, and through dealers such as Sharkwerks. Tips are easy to remove and replace.

I have to agree. The 997.2 PSE tips are fairly silly looking. I do, however, like my 997.1 PSE tips.

On the .2, you have dual exhaust pipes on each side running into the "sport tips". In contrast, the non PSE setup has pipes that the decorative tip splits into two.

So, be careful. I think you need .2 PSE compatible tips. You can spend $1k on black ones that Porsche ships on the GTS

The GTS tips seem to look a lot like the current PSE tips which I don't like that much and I can't find PSE compatible tips on fabspeeds website either.

Does anyone know if the OEM Porsche nanocoated "sport tailpipes" fit a PSE exhaust?

I have also been looking for different tips, with the PSE on the .1 there are 2 inlet pipes and most aftermarket tips are single inlets and there doesn't seem to be any room for messing around in there, unfortunately...those fabspeed black chrome tips would be my choice...alas...

Are you referring to the tail pipes in the pic below? If so, no they do not fit PSE. See the description in the link.

I have those tips, love them!! I do not know if I would have paid the premium for them, but I am glad the original owner of my car did. They are the best looking tips I have seen on a 997.
