in green-yellow groups, do not mod your car, keep it stock.
but you need to go to any good Porsche shop and redo alignment, get close to 0 front toe (0.05 or anything from 0.10 to 0) and 0.10 rear toe to save your tires, get max negative camber in front (-1.5 deg) and set rear camber to -1deg or same as front. that will make handling much better if car was never properly setup before.
as of brakepads - you not going to overcook them most likely so you do not need real racing pads yet. EBC yellowstuff are cheap pads that will not fade in slow groups - you can put them on instead of stock pads.
as of seats, harnesses, suspension mods - wait until you get fast enough to be signed off to solo groups and decide then.
