I just discovered that the Targa is a hatchback while the 997 couple is non-hatchback.

My previous car was a Cayman S and I used the hatch all the time. Wish my GTS had a hatch so I could make better use of the back space.

Hatchback would certainly make cleaning the inside of the rear window easier.
