The other drawback on this car is no LIMITED SLIP. As far as CPO, the dealer must bring the car up to CPO specs and maybe they don't want to do this. Also there is a cost to the dealer, but maybe there is some room to negotiate on this.

Not true, according to my configuration records. OP says the car has P17 Sports Suspension. This adds LSD as well as 20mm lower ride height.
