Default Porsche 997 TLA's: Three Letter Acronyms and other Abbreviated Terms

Like all things worth doing in life... a certain language of TLA, Three Letter Acronyms, and abbreviated words will evolve over time to help facilitate complex concepts relevant towards that endeavor. And over time... we have all learned much of the vernacular associated with the 997 but I remember a time when most of this was foreign and/or somewhat intimidating at 1st. So for our newer RL members plus I'm sure there's plenty I still need to learn... below is a list of 997 TLA's I know off. Please add as you see fit.

LVS and RVS. Left and Right Vertical Stabilizers. No wait. That's for an F-15 Eagle.

And I think it's OBD for On-Board Diagnostics OBD-I, II, and III

MFW- Multi-Function Steering wheel. Has the buttons on it for phone/music.

My understanding is that MY is Model Year, not Manufacturing Year. A MY08 car may have been manufactured in 2007 or 2008 but is the same model of car.
