Default Fixing some interior rattles

I picked up some felt tape this weekend and spent a little time poking around to get rid of some of the interior rattles.. but I'm having a heck of a time figuring out how to take some of them!

The most obvious rattle seems to be from around the light switch area, and I can reproduce the sound by knocking on the bottom of that panel. But how do I get it open?

Another is the little plastic cap on the passenger seat for flipping the seat forward. It seems to sit a bit loose on here. Can this be removed without damage? I was thinking if there was a good way to pop it off I could use a little glue to reseat it and get rid of the wiggle.

Stole this from someone else on the forum but it works. For the seat lever rattle I took one of my wife's black hair ties. Looped of twice between the lever and the seat and the rattle is gone. Can barely see the tie and it still moves freely.
