Clear Bra
#2
That's cheap. The local guy here who does all the high end cars (he does a great job, but is real expensive) robbed me for 1,800. Hood, fenders, bumper done in avery dennison clear bra and removed tint and put on new tint.
I have one tiny tear smack dab in the center of the bumper. It protected the bumper, but it is noticeable as the tear attracted dirt on the sides of the edges. If I have extra cash around this or next year, I can just have the front bumper redone. So far no yellowing and looks nearly as shiny as paint. Every time I'm on the freeway and hear the sound of tiny rocks hitting my bumper I keep thinking "ugh, another tear" but so far it's protected the front end from permanent chips. And I hate chips. My friend is selling her bentley and for a low price because of all of the chips on her car.

Mine was approx. $1k USD for the hood, fenders, mirrors, and the entire front bumper. If you move forward, I'd make sure that the clear bra is cut to fit the vehicle off of the car.
