Thanks guys. One other question, i went out and purchased 2 gallons of each but i could only find "steam distilled" water. Is there a difference between "distilled" water and "steam distilled"? Should i just try to find plain "distilled" water?

You'll be fine with what you purchased. From Wikipedia . . . "Distilled water is water that has many of its impurities removed through distillation. Distillation involves boiling the water and then condensing the steam into a clean container." The maker of your "steam distilled" water was just providing a bit more explanation on the label.
