Considering a stealth one. Others are a PITA here in California.

Hardwired V1....there is simply no other with better detection ability. The dual antennas are great.

I was coming home from Scottsdale Cars & Coffee and the last road to my house is a three mile straight stretch of 45 mph two-lane road with little traffic and no residential side streets that cuts through some farmland. I was first at the light so I had an open road all the way to my neighborhood turn off. I'm a safe driver and I generally obey the limit but let's face it...acceleration is fun, especially in our 997s. I nail it and within seconds I reach about 60-70 mph when I look up ahead and see a sheriff SUV coming the opposite way. Damn! I let off the accelerator and coast passed him while he is quickly making a U-turn. Aww damn it!! I slow to a crawl at 45 mph and set cruise control while the sheriff follows literally 10 feet behind me the entire three miles...

***...

V1 is on my wish list.

Solo Cordless from Escort. No wires hanging for power, nice, neat and easy transferable to other cars.

Love my Escort 9500xi. Great range, learns the stationary X bands from electric doors, stores the location and locks them out, eliminating the false alarms.

Valentine 1 here, never got a ticket since I have it. I love it and you CAN turn off certain bands (like X band) and it can be tweaked even further to minimize false alarms.
