I'm sure some of you saw my rant about Porsche of Tysons recently. Instead of posting "they fixed it" on a buried thread I wanted to post a brand new thread with a more positive title.
There was a misunderstanding when I ordered a no-drill license plate bracket and the front end was, in fact, drilled into. Chad (the service manager) ordered a new factory-fresh bumper, had it painted and baked, then (for a very reasonable fee) had it wrapped in 3m clearbra.
I could not be happier. I'm glad we're all friends again and am looking forward to trading in the gf's Lexus @ Porsche of Tysons for a Cayenne when she demands kids in a year or two.

Chad and his Team are all first class- as is the entire dealership.....I have had only the best experiences w/ them.
My two cents--
TriTom
'08 C2 S, Sand Beige//Cobalt Blue, with Bose, 19" Classics, and Navi- Perfect and, SUPR fast!

Nice post. Glad it got resolved.
We need to hear about service providers who **** things up, no doubt.
But I think it's also important to hear about things that go well.
That's critical to maintaining a good service network.
My own experience at Carousel (MSP) was first-class.
Not every interaction with a dealership involves heartache.
