Are the mufflers the same between a C2 and C2S? I want to get a used set to send to Fister. Thanks.

We need a muffler exchange sticky thread. It would be PC, as we'd be recycling mufflers.

I can't say I blame Fister for avoiding the hassle of reclaiming cores, and having some sort of exchange program, but you wouldn't need but a few extra sets to shorten delivery times and even more helpful, avoiding taking a car out of service until you get your modded cans back.

Thanks for the info. So it sounds like buying C2 muffles for my C2S isn't going to work because of the different pipe sizes.

He does have .1 cores for exchange. The .1 base muffler has a smaller diameter outlet, probably not what you'd want. When I was looking for a .2 core (Thanks Chris) I saw tons of .1 mufflers on ebay.

I was under the impression that for an add'l $450 he'll use his cores without the need to send him anything. I was going that route in the spring. Based on what I saw, it would run more than $450 to purchase and ship cores to him.
