Default Resale value on a 1 year old 997 4S?

I'm looking for a bit of resale advise here as I'm torn as to what to do.

I'm desperate to get back in a 911. The 991 models are out of my price range right now - i like the look of them but just can't justify the cost. I previously had a 997.1 Cab and I'm now looking at a 997.2 Coupe.

I can afford a low mileage well spec'd 2011 997 4S Coupe. If I bought one now - for say £60K (£90+ new 1 year ago) - what it's likely to be worth in say 12 or 24 months? I'd only be adding 5K miles per year or so. Any advice here from UK members would be greatly appreciated, although it's difficult to judge with the model change....

I'm likely to want to flick it for a 991 once I can afford it, but I'm unsure if I should take the 997 plunge now as a stop gap for a year or 2, or just wait a year and get straight into a 991.

Great forum btw!

Look for a used 991. But 33% off a 2011 sounds like a great deal.
Is there VAT on top ?
