valentine 1 android app
Does anyone here have it? I found this while researching if I want a v1 or a escort 9500xi.

It looks like it could be a game changer. All one would need is a smartphone, the bluetooth module, and a proclip mount.

Vey cool find, i've been a V1 owner for 15 years or so. I have one built into my rearview in the C2S and a protable one I bounce in and out of my 3 other cars. I have the iphone, so looking forward to it!

That's a cool app. Incidentally, Mike Valentine (owner/creator of the V1) is a local PCA member. I've met him a couple times, and he's a real nice guy. Of course, hard not to be happy when 2 cars in your P-car stable include a Carrera GT and a GT3 RS 4.0....yeah, he has both of them.

looking forward to the iOS version.
"V1 is coming to the iPhone®
A new module, called V1connection LE, will wirelessly link V1 to the iPhone 4S or newer. Expect it and the necessary app in late spring, 2013."

interesting... I wonder why they went with Android first. I wonder if its less restrictive for them.
Downloading now...
Would be cool if the arrows were in the status bar on top. I usually have Sirius XM on the screen in the car.
And this would be AWESOME on the Galaxy Note 2.
p.s.
You have to type Valentine Research in the Playstore search box. Doesn't come up right away with simply V1

So I'd still have to mount my V1 on the windshield right? Looks like this is just an enhanced view of what the V1 is reading and better control module to adjust V1 settings.
