Can I change myself the stock oval ehaust tips to the stock dual "S" exhaust tips on my 911? Is it easy to do and how long to do it? How much for those Tips and will it sound different?

Tips are easy to change, as 1 bolt loosens the clamp. A little twisting and pulling, and they pop right off.
My guess is exhaust pipe diameter may be different, but somone who knows will likely chime in on that.
Won't do a thing for the sound...you have to mod upstream (hack) to effect that.
Kudo's for thinking about mods!

On the 997-2, the diameter is the same for the 3.6 and 3.8L mufflers.
The different exhaust tips will not change the sound.
