Fun thread. Seems like the P-Car world is fairly divided on this topic! My car came w/o the badge and that's fine by me. If it had it, I would leave it. Guess I'm indecisive.

I don't get the matte finish fad but I suppose you save on wax!

If you take it off put "YUGO" instead. Otherwise I would leave it on and leave it the color the Mother Factory decided on.

I am not a fan of de-badging. I do agree the 991 has to much, I would probably order it with just the Porsche on the back. To me de-badging started with the RICE crowd and that is where it should stay.

Just my 2 cents

Actually de-badging started in Western Europe in the 70's, then caught on in the tuner crowd. I enjoy driving the autobahn when a debadged MB blows by with quad tailpapes. Hmm was it an AMG S65?

I still think it is very classy in Europe. In the USA it is misunderstood.

BINGO!

I think it looks good either way. I debadge all my cars and have done it since my first car back in 1997!

I do like the simple 911 badge but I think I would stay naked for now...

For what it' worth. I tried a few different options and settled on 4S. Maybe my pics will save someone some $$$. Cost me a few bucks to figure out what I liked, but I had to see it first hand.
