I am getting a rather annoying buzzing sound coming from the driver's side door speaker. When I push down on the plastic speaker grill, the noise stops. It is not from going over bumps, but just from general vibrations while driving.

Do I need to actually remove the door panel to fix this problem or is there a way to just remove the plastic speaker grill. I'm sure this can be resolved with some felt, but I don't really wish to remove the entire door panel to get to it (I'd probably just make something else loose and muck things up more).
