Default LED Daytime Running Lights

All I keep reading about is Dectane and ROTtec DRL lights. I've searched EBay and Google for Hours looking at different manufacturers. Has anyone had positive or negative experiences with other light manufacturers, error codes, etc.? From what I'm seeing, they're all made in China under different names, yet all look identical?

Thanks guys!!!

I clicked the link, but since you purchased, it's gone. I've seen them from $350-$900! Crazy! Just don't know if it's worth spending more for what looks to be identical. Thanks, looking forward to hearing about your install....

I have a set of DRLs from FVD Brombacher for my 2007 GT3. Ask for Rhonda. Plug and Play, no issues. You can get cheaper but ....

Please do as I as well have the same question on quality. From what I have been able to gather they are all from the same manufacture (depo).

I went with Dectane and couldn't be happier with the look and quality. Simple install, plug and play. No error messages (Yet). Couldn't beat the pricing from Fish on Ebay (No affiliation). Nice guy to do business with......

I purchased the rear lights for my 2007 997.1 Targa 4) direct from Dectane in Germany. The cost was $570 shipped direct to my home. They arrived in less than 1 week. I wired the money to them. They are shipped air mail via DHL (which is owned by the german postal system). I've had them installed now for over a year and the quality is first class. No error codes etc. They took all of 15 minutes to install. Everyone in my PCA chapter has commented on them. Good Luck..

Rears are out of stock for the next 3 weeks! I'm on the wait list for them. Can't wait to get them and see the transformation.....

I was under the impression that Dectane wouldn't sell to 'end users' in the USA. I went through Orange Tuning to get mine. I know there has been some problems w/ Orange Tuning (Frank) regarding communications and returns. I bought mine (rear and front LEDs + the DRL module) close to 5 months ago and they work just great.

Your fog LEDs not working, is that due to unit defect or...?

Also would you mind posting close up pics of the unit showing position/alignment of LEDs ? Just checking on materials and manufacturing quality.
