Little Green

So my side marker light on the dash comes on. Check both side marker lights, they are both on. Any ideas?

Does the associated text in the computer display actually say it's a side marker that's faulty? The warning light indicates that almost any of your exterior lights might be faulty. In fact, according to the manual, this light will even come on if your healight adjustment is out of whack.

Maybe you have an intermittent fault caused by a loose connection or bad bulb filament that jiggles and only appears when the car is moving but stays lit when the car is stationary and you're observing it.

It says side marker light.

I got that message intermittently when I had a bad socket... I replaced that socket when I did the clear side marker upgrade and haven't had an issue since.

OK, then my guess is the intermittent fault scenario I mentioned above.

Should I try just replacing the bulb or is there something more?
