I would check with whoever you are planning on taking the vehicle for service under this warranty on the mod situation. The service manager or adviser are going to be the ones who reach out to Fidelity for authorization, so depending on how mod friendly they are is how they are going to portray the breakdown to them.

I have a fair number of mods on my 997TT and never had an issue.. mostly because my dealer didn't have an issue..
