Default Partial matte wrap

Guys does anyone have experience with vinyl wraps on their car? My dealer was recommendinting it for my hood, roof and top of spoiler. I have a clear bra (which I hate) on front as car sees lots of track duty and is black. Hood and roof are starting to see chips....thought it might be a good alternative and salvage paint for a little longer.

Either matte black or anthracite on black car.....less than 500 was initial quote.

Not on a Porsche but I've seen several wraps on Ferraris. This is a very personal thing. You either love it or hate it. If done right it can look good but expect some negative reactions from others. Personally I would choose a contrasting color. This works best on light (or red) cars with a dark partial wrap. Not sure how black on black would look. I am not a fan of all black wheels either so I doubt my vote would be in favor of this. I considered doing a roof wrap on my 430 but decided against it. Here's a before and after roof wrap (with stripes) on a 430: http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/sho...14&postcount=1

How about a partial carbon fiber wrap, hood, roof and top of spolier?
