I'm afraid (not really) that you're right.. all of my other beauties stopped being produced, and in turn the community and events (which I loved being a part of) dwindled to near nothing. I don't expect pcars to go away anytime soon, so I think I'm safe.

You're not far off on the TT comment; this is the first naturally aspirated vehicle I've had in a decade, and I'm looking forward hopping up to a TT (gotta put my time in on the S first.) :P

It should work even with the battery disconnected, since there are other grounds in the circuit, and the fuse box jumper goes directly to the hood release relay, bypassing the battery.
