Default Considering Selling My 06 997 S

This is a very beautiful car, and its in fantastic condition. I purchased it from a PCA Board Member back in March with 54K on the car, for $42000.
I have been amazed at how beautiful the Basalt Black paint is in person ! This will be one of my top colors to look for again.
The car was ordered with few options, but excellent one's nevertheless.
Bose High End
19" Classics
Power Comfort Seats
Gear Shifter Alum
Stainless Steel Door Entry
Sport Shifter
Full Leather Seats

This car has been more engaging to drive than the 4S I had, and feels much sportier than the all wheel drive.

Previous owner replaced the Alternator and drive belt. He took very good care of the car , installed 4 tires , and had no other issues.

Since delivery of the car I have spent almost $2500 in preventative maintenance and replacement of worn parts. This car needs nothing.
Interior and Exterior are 9.5/10. Few if any chips, no curb rash.

2 Oil Changes ( Mobile 1 )
Brake Flush
Replacement of Strut Towers
Added the 17mm and 7mm Spacers ( Best money I've ever spent )
Repalced Inside Mirror

90% tires all around

Parktown Porsche has always performed the work with reciepts .

I drive the car 1-2 times weekly and try to get it out on sunny weekends.
Nothing is wrong with the car, I buy and sell my cars often and I feel I'm very fair with what I expect. I don't buy cars with "issues", and I would rate this 997 near the top of most enjoyable cars I have owned.

Offered at $42000, for a well sorted 55300 mile, very clean 997 S

So are you considering selling it as the thread title states, or are you actually selling it?

Beautiful car. Pics looks awesome! Can't believe that a 50k-mile Porsche "997 S" in mint condition can be had for low $40s... That is fantastic.

GLWS

Thanks for the nice comments.
I don't ever try to overprice anything to Rennlist members. I sold my 07 C4S on here at a very fair price under reatil early this year.
I don't think this price of 42K is market value for 06 997 S cars, but I bought it at a fair price, and just think the next onwer can enjoy it as well without spending more $$ for less miles and not get any better of a car.

I think market might be around 45-46K . Current Manhiem report has it at 40-43K wholesale.

Price is definitely right. That red c4s you sold was basically a gift

I met this car's PO yesterday at Cars & Coffee (who Jason bought it from). This car has been well taken care of.
