I'll post a few more pics taken with something better than the iPhone. Maybe it will help someone looking around that might be on the fence considering some different wheels. I think the quality is excellent from BBS.

I love BBS wheels - they look great on a large number of cars - BMW, VWs, Porsche, etc.

My old WRX STi came with stock BBS wheels - they were nice.

If I wasn't trying to keep my 40th AE stock, I would probably get a set...

Here are a few more close up photos. I wanted something that was styled close to the 997 GTS centerlock style wheel. You can see more detail around the stainless protector and finish.

I painted the wheel bolts using a steel brush to clean, then I applied costs of self etching primer and then 1Z Einszett silver wheel spray paint.

I have about 30 miles on the wheels and the handling and feel of the car remains the same to me.
