Big +1. They just made texting and e mailing illegal while driving in Arlington TX where I work. I love it. Now they should go the extra mile and make talking on the phone illegal also.

I think in Stalinist Russia many years ago they resorted to shooting 10% of those found talking on cell phones or texting while driving. The other 90% cleaned up their acts immediately!
