Default 2006 911S SOLD on Rennslist!

Gentleman,

I'm considering selling my 2006 911 S Matallic Silver, 20K mileage, w/ black leather interior. This car is in immaculate condition. Interior is flawless, exterior is excellent. No dents, damage or paint work. Manual Transmition, Nav, Bose, etc.

Thinking about buying a bigger house! This car is for the enthusiast that is extremely fussy like I am. If interested I can send you some pics. $47,500 FIRM! 911 is located in the Portsmouth NH area.

Note: Car has never seen snow or rain! First to see will buy!

NK

So true! "Considering" is the big word here. It took so long to find find this sweet ride w/ everything I wanted w/ no problems. I'm on the fence. New home w/ ocean view is looking very appealing at this time.

I would consider if it was a fast easy transaction to the right buyer. That itself will be almost impossible!

Get your priorities straight... You can live in your car, but you can't drive your house

nkelley - didn't you just buy that car 5 months ago? Did something go wrong with the car? If I remember correctly, I was about to buy that baby and you swooped in!

It could be a good deal for you, though... pocketing $2500 in the flip. Good on you...

mgordon- Easy Big Guy! There is ZERO wrong with this car! Prior to / and at the time of purchase we put on some new Perreli tires, dealer replaced the one of the two horns. I purchased a replacement fuse box cover (plastic) , and door sill kick plate (Where the trunk and hood latch are located), even though the original parts are practically mint (minor scuff marks) and still on the car. I bought some spare replacement parts for wear and tear in the future. I wanted the interior to be 100% mint.

I have gone through his vehicle 100%, thus looking for something to replace. The car will come with some extra air filters, oil filters, battery charger etc. The car had a 40K mile dealer service at 12K!!!

The car comes with and is always covered. $2500 profit i'm afraid not!!!! SHOULD I sell her for an investment that I am looking into someone is going to get a sweet ride in buff condition. I have only put approx 2500 miles on her since purchase, waxed three times, oil changed after purchase although not needed, under carraige detailed and cleaned, engine is spotless. She is a real beauty!

I forgot to mention airfare, sales tax, PPI at Porsche Dealership! ect. Believe me I did not purchase her to sell! PORSCHE DEALER INSPECTION is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED, I have ZERO to hide. I have been presented with an opportunity to purchase some ocean front property at a great deal, I can go either way on this. My wife is strongly against me selling this car, she says that I will regret it

$47k is going to make or break the deal of having an ocean view in NE??
Are you sure you're not buying a boat?

You're wife is correct and your decision regrettable.
Finding the right car at the right price at these stock levels is difficult these days.

Sorry about that. Didn't mean it to come off as attitude... I was just curious about the car. Next time I'll PM instead.

GLW(possible)S and subsequent RE purchase.

Rocco, I hear ya! I have three boys yatta yatta yatta. I have title in hand!!!! 47K cash in hand will make me feel a lot better knowing that I will be carrying two mortgages for the short term. It's more peace of mind more so than anything else!

This is one of those should of could of moments that I do not want to regret, yet should I do nothing Life Is Good! I'm vulnerable right know, someone could get a sweet ride, w/ all the BS already done for them!
