I've been using carnauba on my clear bra's as well. Skibum is right, watch the edges. The easiest way to wax a partial clear bra is to wipe from the clear bra to the paint, never in the other direction.

On my 05 911 and now my 09 911 CS4 I use a polish hardly mentioned by anyone. Glare professionlal polish. Used in the aircraft industry as a durable finish and indeed it is. I used this polish for ten or more years happy with the results.

What about after the polish? (Assuming you have a dark color)

^this.

I've been a Rejex fan since the year before I took delivery of the new '04 C4S Cab (April '04). Been using it ever since, on every vehicle, including the 09 Turbo Cab, Audi A8L, etc....

If your paint needs work, deal with that first. Rejex is not wax and will not correct issues. But it is one helluva a sealer, gives me the slickest finish with a wet look equal to the best carnauba, is easy to apply, and wears well, protects well. That's why we offer it to our customers.

Use what you like...but more than once every few months is clearly overkill unless you are leaving it parked by an ocean every day/night.

Frankly this polish looks best on a black finish, not so great on my 09 silver. However the finish is durable, suits New England and me.

Default AutoGeek

Because of this thread, was going to buy Pinnacle Soveran.
The 20% off sale is on at AutoGeek, so I bought the kit ,Sizzlin Shine now.
Sounds like great stuff. May even take off my 10 coats of Wax to try it out.

u should give flex (or random orbital like Porter-Cable) a chance. The result is worth it.

Flex Polish once or twice year with non-abrasive polish or pre-wax cleaner.

u can still wax by hand.

Appreciate the offer, but that would be too much of a hassle for you all the way from Canada.

How many times can you wax your car with one tub?

If you don't mind going through the trouble, I'd really like to try some. Thank you.
If this stuff is as good as you folks say, I should be able to see the difference by just doing the hood.

How much would that take? Not much I would think.

I'll PM you my address.

I lost count a year ago. Best method is two thin coats which will use very little product.
