Default Ferodo DS2500 brake pads - no option for wear sensor?

I am replacing my used brake pads and ordered wear sensors with them, but I just realised there's no way of plugging it in. Are my brake pads faulty or they don't accept the wear sensor?

You can easily see the brake pads with the stock calipers. If you know how to change pads yourself, you know how to visually check pad thickness. These sensors are pointless.

I would just strip and cross the wire on your old sensors to bypass them.

I did what is mentioned above, works well. I tend to visually inspect the brakes pretty often anyways so was satisfied to save the trouble and cost associated with the sensors. Enjoying the bit of improvement with initial bite I'm getting from the DS25000
