DME report possible (useful) for a PDK?
I am about to purchase a vehicle with the PDK, is a DME scan useful? I was told by the dealership that for a PDK, it is impossible to go into a gear for the revs to be overlimit.

Not useful for over revs. Can tell you things like average speed the car was driven (freeway miles vs city), if you care about that kind of stuff. I wouldn't care unless the car had really high mileage.
Also tells you stuff Ike fault codes if any are listed.
