Our 997 ('06S) was at CHAMPION Ft Lauderdale) ,for an oil service and horn replacement...(great service) the loaner was an 09 Cayenne...this car has an ALARM arming beep, auto on headlights and auto folding mirrors...but we can't have those on the 997 ??

Alarm beep yes, with Smartkey, other functions mentioned above, no!

sounds like you need a 991. i always liked the no alarm arming beep. just one of the many "lack of features" i miss on my 997.2
