Send them an e-mail. I have found them to be pretty responsive.

Works well on my 997.1. Should work on 997.2 as well.

I just reset my 997.2 cab S with Durametric. I saw some PDK faults also and the guys at Durametic were very helpful to get me a description. Great service great product. My 997 is a 2012 model so I'm sure it will reset your maintainace reminder.

I just ask the dealership to do it for me. I think that's the cheapest tool.

Interesting - my dealer won't reset the service indicator unless they've performed the service. Guess I can understand this; they're losing business and have no way to ensure that the service has been done properly.

The dealer (Stead Porsche in Walnut Creek) is otherwise very friendly and helpful. They reset the airbag warning light at no charge after I screwed up the steering wheel install.

Anyone else run into this?

Wait...Dan, does your dealer know you called him a 'tool'?
