997.2 SAT & stereo tuner issues...
Anyone have issues with their XM SAT and/ or Radio stations randomly? The tuner is switching and then controls are not functioning properly. The tuner is basically dictating what station radio and XM SAT to listen to. It happens after driving for 5 mins or so and it is intermittent and now more regular. Thx in advance for your thoughts. DW

Someone else had a similar issue where the tuner would change the station it was tuning to despite the user not pressing any controls. The thoughts there were it might be a radio station sending bad TP data .. do you have traffic programme (TP) enabled on the audio system? Thats the system that listens for a data flag on radio stations and if it sees it, indicating there is a traffic announcement, then it tunes in to that station to play the traffic announcement and then should tune back to the original source. If the radio stations misuse that broadcast flag in your area, you can get weird behavior in your radio selection.
