Default PASM - Rear Shocks Blown

As the title states my Indy shop informed me that my rear shocks are blown. After a quick search I found a couple lightly used low mileage stock PASM setups on e-bay. The catch is that they are for a C4/C4S/Turbo.

Does anyone know the difference between the Carrera S vs. Carrera 4 suspension? I would guess the only change would be use of stiffer springs and slightly different valving/dampening settings? I wouldn't mind this since I would think this would only make the car handle more like it had stiffer coilovers while still retaining the stock PASM functions which is a win in my book.

Vehicle Specs: 2005 Carrera S with 61k miles

I ask because I can pick up a set for a couple hundred $$$ and am not shy about doing the install myself.
