Anyone know anything about either of these 997s?

1) 2005 Carrera S Artic Gray on Ebay 35.8K miles, offered by the Toy Barn in Dublin, OH - last bid was $44K?

2) 2005 Carrera S Black on Cars.com 23K miles, offered by the Fidelity Motor Group in Lake Barrington, IL - asking $54.8K?

3) Are the Pre-purchase Inspection Resources available on Cars.com or Ebay trustworthy? Any recommendations on good, trustworthy PPI resources?

I live five miles from Toy Barn, Ed Pimm can do a PPI 614 873 3401,they usually have nice stuff.

 

IMHO both sellers are pretty proud of their cars...prices look high.
