Default Anyone have pics of a Speed Yellow cab with a black hardtop?

Speed yellow tops seem hard to find. Wondering how it would look with a black hardtop. The convertble top is black, so, seems like it should work, right?

Anyone got pics?

Thanks,
Jason

Found a (crappy) pic of a carbon fiber hardtop on a speed yellow 996. This is the closest I've come. Anyone?

It will look like a New York cab.

haha... and what's wrong with that? NYC cabbies drive like they are in a sports car most of the time anyways.

Finally found a speed yellow hardtop. Here she is wearing her winter boots and hat...

PS - Does anyone know if the hardtop is supposed to have the PORSCHE sticker(?) in the rear window like the cabriolet soft top does?

Those hardtops are not my cup of tea but I don't think they have the Porsche on the rear window. I had one on my 2001 and don't remember that although I only used it one winter.

I think it would look great. If I were doing it, I would get the yellow hard top and wrap it black, flat black or carbon fiber black. That way the hard top would retain the most value as a package with your car. No charge for my ideas. Could be expensive for you.

Does it really matter what it looks like?
It's winter and the car will hardly bee clean all the time anyway.

Ah, ok. This one had a tint on the window which I removed. I thought perhaps they removed the sticker to put the tint on.

Anyone know where you can get one of those rear window stickers? It's silly, but, I like seeing it in the rearview mirror when the top is up.

No sticker in my factory delivered hardtop (2006).

Ah, thanks, Dan. It's good to know that it wasn't removed from the hardtop that I got. Pity, though, I always thought it was a nice touch that Porsche put a sticker there where you could read it in the rearview.
