Default Putting car on 4 jack stands

Does anybody have a link/pic/DIY on how to put my 2007 997s on 4 jack stands. I knew how to do it on the 996, but don't want to do the same thing, with the risk that something in the car design has changed and I end up crushing stuff.

I only have 1 jack...

Edgy did a DIY on this topic. Check it out.

Edit:
I just looked at his DIY and see he used two jacks.

You should be able to do it just like you did your 996. The cars are very similar in construction.

I thought I read somewhere that it is different from jacking up the 996, in that you can't use one of the strong points towards the middle rear of the car.

You need 4 Jackpoint jackstands.

yeah, you can use that point. not recommended but you can use it. i've used it, seen trackside maintenance using that point as well as several indy shops do it. just be careful.

2 jackpoints and 2 regular jackstands, use one low floorjack. The Jackpoints go on the rear lift points of the car. when you lift by the rear lift point, that whole side of the car goes up. then just put a regular jackstand under the front and insert the rear jackpoint stand in the back.

simple.
