Seems quite high to me for a used 2011 GTS. I'd bet you could get a new 2012 with all the same for $103K regardless of sticker price having recently seen a very similar one (no cornering lights, carbon entry or dimming rear view mirror) for $100K.... at $15K off sticker. Shop around or negotiate down to $90-95K for a used 2011.

A dealer in Cincinnati listed a 2012 C4S GTS for $104k. The same dealer had an aero kitted 6 speed 2011 GTS for $100k.

i looked for those too, it got to be under $100k for sure, how much under - depends of a region.
PCCB are very expensive, skip it. BOSE can be skipped too, NAV is a must - it means different PCM unit and cannot be retrofitted, LSD and SPAMS is a must too. rest is optional.
center locks wheels are PITA and replacement wheels will cost a fortune but it looks like all used GTS on the market come with them.
