Default Clutch Squeel

I noticed today I am getting an occasional squeal when I let on on the clutch. It's not every time. What does this sound like, clutch? Car is an on 07 C2S with 32k miles.

Seems early to be a clutch issue. Original owner? (In other words, did you put all the miles on it yourself?)

Sounds like it could be a throwout bearing.

Yup, original owner. Car hasn't been abused at all but it is driven spiritedly.

My guess is a failing pressure plate. Time will tell

Where is the noise coming from the clutch pedal or transmission housing? If it is from the pedal, you will need to grease the pivot points. If the noise is from the transmission, it would be a number of areas, slave cylinder (broken plastic tip) rubbering against the fork arm, release bearing, clutch (worn disk material, the disk rivets starting to rub against the pressure plate/flywheel).

It sounds like it is from the transmission area.
