Default Circle Error above 39mph

Pulles my 07 C2S out of storage and installed a new battery. The old battery was dead in December and I disconnected it for the winter. Had the PSM and PASM errors on startup but they went away but now have this annoying bing and circle error with a 39 in the middle whenever I exceed 39mph. Ity goes away until I go less than 39mph and goes off again when 39mph is exceeded. Any ideas?
Thanks.

In your PCM you set it when you want the PCM to ding you when you hit a certain mph (kmh). You set it via the stalk switch. I use it at the beach when the small towns set the speed limit @ 30 mph as an advance warning. The default must be 39 mph.

Its a speed limit warning. The circle with limit in it is the international speed limit sign.
When you power off a car (or other gear) for a long time, it all revers to its default state frequently, meaning you need to reconfigure everything to your desired settings.
