Default your thoughts on Porsche Racing Green...

Figured I post this poll to get an idea of what the enthusiasts here think....

This is the launch color on 09 997.2S

The interior is Beige, these cars has lots of options but, per Porsche infinite wisdom in picking launch packages, it doesn't have Nav.

My friend has a C4S PRG with natural brown interior. Looks very sharp. I did post some pcis of the car recently. Look up C4S to the power of 4.

I bought the PRG Carrera S since it was my only Porsche since I had a 1970 914-6 in PRG back in the 70's. Love it!

Am I wrong to think that dealers are more willing to come down on the pricing with cars that wear PRG ?

I had a launch 997.2S PDK in PRG/sand beige. Not the color scheme I'd have ordered but I got too good a deal to pass up on the car. I had the car for almost two years and the color definitely grew on me.

People's reactions were interesting. "Porsche people" tended to be fairly negative, but I got a lot of compliments on the car from "civilians."

My present car is a white over black GTS, my preferred color scheme. But I still like the PRG.

Like. Almost got one but decided to go manual as I figured that all cars will probably be PDK when I buy my next one.

I think there are about 10 of those on the market right now. Should be able to negotiate on that particular car.

I got mine as a CPO and greatly enjoy the natural brown leather interior (which you can't get anymore I believe). Color is personal; silver is a classic color as is black but the more unusual great colors like turquoise blue/mexico/riviera blues are stunning IMO. wife has a sand beige interior in her carmon red Boxster. No issues with reflected light on the dash......but we are here in the Pacific NW, so rarely sunny here.
