Camera angle is super wide and I wanted to keep a safe distance, so it is what it is. Overall a really nice drive. Sorry I really only got vids of a few cars. Next time I'm gonna figure out a way to mic the engine.

Part 1: Got stuck behind some really slow hogs that refused to pull over, so I got bored and put some hippie music on.

Part 2: Five of us broke off and took the road less traveled. Car in front of me is a Grey GT3RS, then a yellow Turbo, a white GT3, and leading a Black Turbo S. I was messing with the camera at the beginning and had to play catch up.

Looks a lot like Rt 33 out of Ojai. Check that route out some weekend. It's very similar.

I know how you feel. I watch all sorts of other peoples dash cams and just get sucked in. It's almost relaxing. Tail of the Dragon looks awesome!


Nothing fancy, borrowed a friends 1st gen GoPro. Used the sticky mount to put it upside down just under the rear view mirror. I'm not sure what lens, but I think it was the super wide one they have. Sorry that's not so informative.

I've done the tail 6-times back when the police were not so aggressive. It is the most amazing drive ever. 2nd gear up to around 70 mph and the turns are ridiculous. I had a guy trying to keep up with me on a Ducati and I smoked him. He was so excited that he ran up to me with arms in the air....I thought I ran him off the road or something. He just wanted to congratulate me on my driving. Now that was my S4 Audi....I cannot wait to see how my Porsche does through the twisties. There are some 120MPH sweepers in the mountains and the roads are perfect. I'm not so daring as I used to be so we'll keep it down to close to the speed limit now. My buddy just got a ticket for reckless driving in the Fall with 3 other guys. Not fun.....
