2009 S dry sump?

2009 S dry sump?
Does anyone know for certain that the 2009 997S come with a dry sump? I was under the impression that the only engines available with this set up were the GT3/Turbo derivatives.

2009+ 997/997S are wet sump DFI engines which go by the nomenclature "9A1"... The previous M96/M97 (1999-2008) were wet-sump, but did not have DFI...
The M94/GT1 "Metger" engine in the 996 & 997 GT3s & Turbos are the last of the dry sumps...

It's a question of semantics. Although they are sorta dry sumps, they are "integral dry sumps"--no separate reservoirs like the Metzgar engines, and all the air cooled engines. In the strictest sense of the term, without a separate reservoir, we consider them to be more wet than dry.
