Default stupid question about tpms

how the hell do I get from the variance (+ or -) readout to the actual tire pressure readout? I feel like I'm losing it...

I would try to help you but it might have changed in the .2 models.

I think you've selected "info pressure" and are a couple of levels down into the TPMS menu. Pull the computer control stalk towards you 3 times which should get you back to the main display and the actual tire pressure readout.

Yep, as Mike says. And when you reach that top level push the lever up or down (your option) until the tire pressures appear. The delta values only appear when you're sittijng still, so they are buried in a sub-menu. The actual pressures can be read while driving. You can watch the effect of cornering and even sun shining on one side.
