I have the Porsche charger (Porsche Charge-o-mat II) that plugs into the cigarette lighter and not sure what the problem is. I have used this maintainer without issue for the last 5 years.

After about 1/2 hour of charging, the full battery LED is lit but the 1/2 battery LED is blinking (yellow) rapidly. The fault indicator is not lit.

I would check the manual but I can't seem to locate it. Anybody know what's going on?

I've seen that happen with my charger (CTEK 3300) when the ground side of the connector wires wasn't attached properly. (I don't have the lighter adaptor) All I can suggest is that you rotate the lighter adaptor while it's inserted to see if a proper connect can be made.
